Orgone energy is an idea which was proposed and promoted in the 1930s by psychoanalyst Wilhelm Reich, who originated the term to describe a universal life force. Reich, originally part of Sigmund... This description may be from another edition of this product.
This is very clearly & objectively writen about "Wilhelm Reich's Theory of Life Energy" Am now reading this again, & finding it far deeper about discovering energy fields & flows in dozens of ways. I began studying Reich's findings "Orgone energy" in 1971, which he found & named about 1940. He researched it deeply in his home lab & nature till mid '50s & wrote many books of detailing discoveries. Mann gives a survey back centuries of energy research in both Europe & Orient where Chinese & Indian cultures still seek & use Chi in acupuncture & Chi Kung & Indian Yogi in meditation. He covers 'orgone in bodies, electromagneic force fields, human aura & energies, magnetic & psycyhic healers'. Like Mesmer in Europe in mid 1700s doing similar emotional healing to reich's body work that evolved into Bioenergetics in 1950s. Pure Reichians now have narrow views of finding & proving Orgone in labs & weather engineering like Reich did. Mann compares Orgone with similar natural energy found by dozens of others, & gives many quotes & other methods for testing & using natural energy. I love his stories of B.v.Reichenbach in Germany in mid 1800s testing sensitives feeling subtle energies he document quoting here. The agricultural experiments with Orgone & magnetic fields have improved seed fertility in many places on all contintents like in power vortexes on ley-lines of UK & Europe, the Americas & at many mound & megalithes around earth during near famine cycles of great food needs, explained in "Seed of Knowledge - Stone of Plenty" new book.
