Perfect Poetry!

"Oops!" is one of the best poetry collections for children to come out in years! I teach first grade, and my students LOVE this book! They want me to read the poems over and over again, and they laugh out loud every time! They were so inspired by this book that they went on to create poetry journals of their own. Alan Katz knows what children like. He knows exactly how to tickle a child's funny bone- and has proven that again and again with his extremely popular books. There is a "poem for everyone" in this book- every child is sure to find a few favorites and read them so often that they are committed to their memory forever!
