A glorious fairy tale!

This book was really fun and different. I totally bought into the fairy tale of Edie and Gowan, they were young, strong characters who were easy to fall in love with. The secondary characters were fun too! It was easy to imagine the music too

Moved very slow.

This is the first Eloisa James book that I didn't enjoy. I have read at least 10 of her other books like the Desperate Duchess series and really like her. But this one, not too much. It was supposed to be a play on (or like) the Princess and the Pea but it was hard at times to connect the dots. I have purchased all the others in the Fairy Tale series by her, so I'll see if they get any better.
