A Delightful Reading Adventure

This is a delightful read for all ages--don't let the protagonists' ages (12) lead you to believe this book is just for children or young teens. I thoroughly enjoyed the fantasy, the relationships and Bacon's excellent writing style. He kept me in thrilling suspense even knowing that all would end up well. It reminded me of immersing myself in Nancy Drew's adventures when I was a girl. Doug and Paula are equally strong characters; another asset I commend. I highly recommend this book for parents' and grandparents' gift-giving.

A great escape!

This book is a great way for both adults and children to spend a rainy day indoors; you can have an adventure that is both humorous and suspenseful. I thoroughly enjoyed this read and would recommend it to anyone!

A Fun Mix of Magic and Science
