No Lifeguard On Duty

Tyler Jennings has always tried to be strong in his faith and in what he believes is right. But all of a sudden, "what he believes is right" is changing. Are bad R-rated movies, explicit music, and trashy friends really the way to go? Does seeing a lot of things that he shouldn't be seeing make him sophisticated? And how is he expected to witness to people, when he scarcely thinks of God, himself? This was a really good book! It has little twists and turns that will surprise you, and an entertaining storyline to keep you interested the rest of the time. The characters are all likable, but you might find yourself getting a little bit irritated with Hannah sometimes, because she can be pretty obnoxious when she's trying to prove a point about the Bible. I recommend the "Brio Girls" series to all girls between the ages of twelve and sixteen. It teaches you how to handle certain teen issues as a Christian, and it is a well-written series that will keep you wanting more.
