All of Keim's series books (and a couple of single ones) are sweet, fun and often romantic!

Many take place in FL, but some in other areas of the country. I have never been disappointed. The Beach House series is definitely one that takes place on the West Coast of, FL. Start with Breakfast and then hit all the other ones.
