This is the best of the best. It tells you when to see an orthodox doctor, and gives you MANY choices in therapy options for all medical concerns. It's an all-inclusive guide to ALL alternative health methods, from Acupressure and Ayurveda to Sound Therapy and Yoga. I refer to it daily, and learn something new each time.
