Tantalizing and highly educational

Elena Oumano takes us on a whirlwind exploration of all facets of sexual practice and sexual healing. In the end, Natural Sex is about natural living--the right diet, and healthy exercise of mind and body are keys to our sexual, and emotional vitality. Solid, comprehensive wholistic approach to sexual well being

Natural Sex was a surprise read in that one would immediately think of "sex" as the operative focus. Dr. Oumano throughly makes it clear that good sex requires a solid integration of body, mind and spirit! Her thorough prescriptions and remedies for specific problems are easy to follow and her no nonsense way of sharing difficult and intimate problems was warmly received. Obviously an expert in her field, I found solid, practical ways to interpret my sexual concerns that had something to do with sex but a lot to do with how I lived my life. I appreciate the opportunity to think more wholistically about what appears to be isolated incidents in my life.
