Incredible amount of renovation estimates

It's not always easy to find renovation estimates that are accurate to actual costs. Some appraisers use Marshall & Swift, but for my money I found the 2006 National Renovation & Insurance Repair Estimator the most accurate to the real costs of renovation and insurance repair. It has an amazing amount of items listed and gives the labor and material replacement cost.
