This cookbook is great. Wish the color of the printing was darker. Overall the recipes and information are awesome.
Crippled by Typeface But Interesting
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 19 years ago
This combination cookbook and cowboy cook lore book is fascinating. You get the recipes of the "coosies" who ran the chuckwagons on the great cattle drives. THe stories are intriguing. The recipes are interesting. The typeface and color of the typeface is ridiculous. I mean, sepia-colored type. THe designer is not one who uses cookbooks or reads at night. By the way, this is dangerous bedtime reading. It just makes you want to eat. If it ever is reprinted, I hope it is done so one can read it.
