The author has a strong spirituality, with her Russian roots, and she shares it in such a deep way........! This book helps us to grow in knowledge of our faith and of ourselves too!

Personal, Once removed

I once had a co-worker who actually knew Catherine, and interviewed her for the subject of her masters thesis, I don't know why but I was compelled to accept my friend Nancy's offer to borrow and read this book about a woman that she spent her summers with, someone that she, as a child grew up knowing through her father. Catherine was an amazing human being, you might not be the same after reading this.
