my favorite witch

I really enjoyed the book it was differnt from the others i have read. i feel people would enjoy it. i

A great read

Lisa Plumley puts a magical spell on her reader with this book. It pulls you in, and you don't want to put it down for any reason. The plot and characters are well rounded and she has done a great job of making the story interesting with the use of sub plots. I bought this book in the kindle edition, and there were absolutely no formatting problems. It was as if I were reading the physical copy. I won't tell anything about the story because I don't want to ruin it for future readers. I have read many books, especially "paranormal" ones, and this is one of the better ones. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very interesting, original, good book

The heroine is a witche that has left witch society and is living among the non-witch humans. The heroine is "cusping" (coming into her powers) and is forced to return for "cusping witch classes." The author created a detailed and interesting world, with a heroine that has had trouble living up to her potential. These difficulties provide her with the sympathy and tolerance needed to fight a powerful prophecy. Which, ironically, pits her against the most popular girl from high school that was cruel to her growing up. The male romantic lead is a hard case in the beginning and tough to like, but he gets much better. As a romance, it was good, but as a first book, she provided so much detail and has created so much potential for an interesting series I think it is definitely worth the read.

I loved this book! Lisa Plumley really shows her talent with this book. And I dont want to spoil it for you by telling you what the book is about. But it was one of the best books she has writen. And you will be swept away into a world that makes you believe in magic. C. Ayala
