my bunny and me as an extended metaphor for the lifecycle

My Bunny and Me is a book that is simple in its complexity and deep in meaning. As a doctor in zoology at the university, I have encountered many bunnies in my day. However, I have never had the pleasure of being touched by a bunny such as that in My Bunny and Me. George's vast imagination and playful undertones enable the reader to form an unyielding attachment with the Bunny that will surly surpass all lifespans. This book is a testament to the relationship and understanding between owner and pet, or more symbolically, lovers.
