Fun whimsical alphabet book for children

David Frampton's book, My Beastie Book of ABC is a colorful whimsical children's alphabet book in rhyme. Children will be attracted to the bright colors of the almost scary but just right beasties and critters. The book has a friendly feel and the large text is part of the art on each page. I love the whimsical style of the poems, though a few were a little too off the wall for me. I prefered the rhymes that taught a little something about the "beastie" on each page and/or used extra words beginning with the same letter as the beastie. Just the same, this book would thrill a young child who would probably want to hear it over and over.
