This book is full of ideas for writing and teaching in the Early Childhood classroom.It has taught me that thier is much more to learning then just learning the ABC's in the classroom.

The Go-To Mom Recommends "Much More Than The ABCs

This is hidden treasure. So many parents think that they need to teach their child to read and write. Formal instruction is not always the best way for parents to support their child's love of learning. Schickedanz's expert advice is friendly and offers suggestions on to encourage a parent how to help not hinder the developmental learning process. Children's writings are evolutionary, so teaching too early may hinder the process. Two thumbs up for this publication.
