MOON NOIR

Moon Noir is an astronomy book of Moon photographs intertwined with Bible verses. These lunar images were taken using my two telescopes. Each Moon image was taken with a Kodak camera hand-held to the telescope's eyepiece, and afterwards processed to render digital images that would transfer clearly to the printed page. My husband, who wrote 2 astronomy books, 'The Light-Hearted Astronomer' and 'The Light-Hearted Astronomer Observes Again' is my soulmate who helped to "open the door" for my observing. Not only would MOON NOIR be an awesome read for adults but children as well! Psalm 19:1 states "the heavens are telling of the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork." After reading through MOON NOIR, it is hopeful that the next time you look upon the Moon and scan the awesome heavens, you will look at it in awe as a reminder of God's magnificent creation.
