Excellent book for understanding and helping teens

I'm raising a beautiful teenage niece who got in a relationship with an older boy. Because of my concerns about the relationship, a friend recommended Sharon's book. The book was very helpful for me to communicate more clearly with my niece and to understand her and teen relationships better. I bought extra copies for friends of mine - that is how highly I think of this book.
