Book Overview

Something miraculous happens when a daddy wraps his arms around his child. It's as if a heart-shaped hole begins to fill with the miracle substance called "life." And our children are desperately in need of such a miracle, for they live in a dangerous world. Addiction, teen pregnancy, eating disorders, and plummeting self-image threaten to destroy the precious lives of the children we love. Author John Burns, cohost of the international program Family Success, understands the complex issues our children face and in this book shares a message of hope, healing, and unconditional love. His simply revolutionary concept can redirect the life of your child and reinforce the teachings and values that you strive to instill. Fathers who learn how to love their children unconditionally and express that love in the miracle of a daddy's hug will find that the miracle that blesses their children blesses them as well. A must for every parent

I've just finished this book and consider it to be a MUST READ. It brings encouragement, hope and valuable insight to fathers raising young children and teenagers as well as healing to those who may not have had a perfect childhood and still long for the love of a father.
