Excellent execution of concept (see Editorial Review)

The photographs are simply spectacular, from the sweeping herds of wildebeest(?) to the flamingoes... Art Wolfe's short, but descriptive commentaries about each photo are not only very informative, but quite interesting!And notwithstanding the disclaimer about the (minor) digital manipulation for artistic effect, which the photographer very openly discusses in the book, these are some of the most incredible wildlife pictures you can see...
