Must read!

Great book for encouraging a healthy and open-minded viewpoint on dating. Coopersmith offers actionable suggestions and shares great anecdotes. I'm going out tomorrow to say hi to at least two random men!

MENu Dating for Cougars too!

I think this book is not only great for the 20-something year old woman exploring to find her soul mate but it's also GREAT for people that have been in long term relationships and missed out on their twenties dating... it gives you the guidelines of how to get out there and navigate in the very competitive dating world! The new Courtney Cox show, Cougartown, has been addressing what i am referring to above. She is 40. Divorced. With a teen son. And she is playing the field and having fun now that she is single again! However, getting back in the game is not easy when you have not played for a long time... that's why this book is a fun read and it gives us "cougars" ideas on how to get back on the field and have FUN while "tasting" all the MEN in the Menu! ;-)

Definitely a motivator!

I'm a shy girl, but after reading this book I felt motivated to get off my butt and get out there and not wait around for prince charming to show up at my door. I'm actually excited to get out there and try a new strategy and outlook on dating! You never know... :)

A modern day's Rule Book -- amazing!!!

Being a single 25 year old girl in the city, I would say this book gives a very accurate description on what it's like to date. Tristan not only delivers wonderful advice, but she does it in such a humorous way, that you don't want to put the book down. It allows you to embrace your feminine side -- if you want to jump on a guy, go for it and have no regrets! Unlike other dating books, it gives a modern perspective on "the rules" (a girl can and should call a guy!). I am buying this book for all of my single friends!

A great idea for a dating book.

Menu Dating is a great idea for a dating book. It's basically about 'taste' testing your way through men until you find the one that 'tastes' the best. Hey, I'm all for that. What I liked most about it was the fact that it was postive and didn't make me feel that I was somewhat inadequate, as some other dating books can do. The advice was dead-on and something I can definitely work on to improve my chances of finding The One. A high recommend that I would definitely suggest to other women, along with Man Magnet: How to Be the Best Woman You Can Be in Order to Get the Best Man-A Guide To Dating (Revised Edition).
