Managing your boss - a good book, not exactly matching the title.

It's a tiny nice book, well illustrated, glossy paper. It emphasizes working well with your boss, assuming that the boss is good and knows what he/she is doing. It does not tell you how to deal with an incompetent one, or someone who should not be a manager in the first place because of lack of people skills. The book contents do not match the title very well, does not tell you how to operate or manage your boss. Overall it is a good book, leads you to nurture a positive attitude towards your work and your boss. It is an easy read and is worth the money.
