Make it Last

Love both of the stories about love relationships between black females and white males. I have read historicals all the time and it is nice for a change to read something new. I recommend this story if you like hot and steamy love making.

HOT, Sizzzzzling and yummy...

I love this book! I'm a huge fan of interracial romance, so when there's a good novel out there, I support it. This book is great! I loved the dialogs, I wasn't a HUGE fan of the second female character only because I believe that when you get married you divulge your feelings to your significant other... But the first story still heats my heart. Enjoy...

Interracial romance not a bad ideal

This was a joy to read; I commend the author for going back to give 2 great short stories by letting us see what happened and how other characters in a previous story came to be and how their relationships developed and giving us a enjoyable ending.

Good read.

This book was throughly enjoyed esp the second one which is called Pull my Hair. Both stories where good but Desgin of a Lifetime didnt have the heart and plot like Pull my Hair did. Pull my Hair was about a married couple that gets caught in a rut b/c of the wife's inablity to truly get "naked" for him. In other words to reveal her past to him which he needs to know so he can "know all of her". Becuase of her inablity to do so it strains their marraige. And to top it all off, he is working late trying to make more money so she could have a good life (since he knows she hated being poor) and all she wants is to be with him. Design of a Lifetime is about a woman who hasnt had sex in a while and yearning for some. Her friend, Liza (the lead in Pull my Hair) tells her she shold try to broaden her horizon (do a white guy) which is exactly what happens. It was love at first sight and was pretty much about the hot sex rather than any real plot but still good.

book was very entertaining . fist story seems like was just about sex , 2nd story had more of story line
