Outstanding look into Korean Cooking.

This is by far the Best insight into Korean cooking from the Western respective. From High Cuisine to Street Food. Everything explained and demonstrated. Lessons well worth the price of the book. From simple to complex recipes. Korean Grocery store near by would help. Full of ideas on how to Americanize or simplify. Pancakes in our house will never be the same, from breakfast to dinner. Maangchi, we love you.
