Great reference

When in Scotland...Here is an author that has a variety of cookbooks to offer. Do I own them all, Yes! This particular one has some great recipes for the everyday and for impressing. Curios about some menus for lunch, this is the choice to get an overview selection. The author owns a lodge in Scotland and hosted a cooking show there. The author's cookbooks came highly recommended by a Scottish woman that I travelled with in the Highlands. Before adventuring to Scotland, check out this author!
