With his major league baseball career prematurely curtailed, Jack figures he's hit rock bottom--until he finds a basket on his porch with a baby inside. When interior designer Keely McBride enters the picture, Jack quickly recruits her as a nanny. But when he pitches her a curveball straight from the heart, it's a whole new ballgame.
Another book by Kasey Michaels that is hilarious. The character of Jack is well developed, and the hilarity that ensues is not only funny but also believable. I enjoyed the second book of the Trehan brothers better, but this one was good!

This book was adorable. I love how Kasey Michaels fills her book with wacky and fun loving characters. Sometimes her romance seems to take a backseat, but with everything else going on it doesn't take away from the book. There are several parts of this book I laughed out loud while reading. If you love fun books you will love this. I can't wait to read Jack's brother Tim's story!
Funny, Madcap Romance!

After reading the reviews, I felt compelled to submit my opinion! Let's face it, most of us don't read books like this expecting a lot of realism. I want entertainment, and with this book, I definitely was thoroughly entertained. The characters are hilarious, and eccentric to say the least. In many romances I read, the supporting characters are bland and boring. I usually skim through those scenes wanting to get to the interesting parts. In this book, I loved reading about the crazy characters--I wish they had been in more of the scenes! I agree with the reviewer who mentioned laughing her way through the book. I also found myself picturing the story as a movie in my mind. It reminded me of the hilarious movie "What's Up Doc?" with Barbra Streisand and Ryan O'Neal because of the zany characters and situtations. Was that movie realistic? Nope. Was it funny, extremely entertaining, even heartwarming and a very popular movie? You bet! I would recommend this book to anyone who likes romantic comedies!
ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS!!!!!

I have read thousands of romance novels and I must say this one was by far the greatest. I have never reviewed a book before, but I felt I had to this time. It had me laughing so hard that I was crying, and not only at certain points, but pretty much throughout the whole book. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a fast read and give themselves a little uplift. I'm looking forward to reading more of Kasey Michaels and I hope she doesn't dissappoint me.
