This is one of a series of slapstick teen comedy manga titles in the spirit of 'American Pie' and 'Animal House'. Naru and Keitaro have been acting lovey-dovey since they returned from their trip. Keitaro's grandmother announces she will hand over Hinata House to him when he marries one of the girls.
Ken Akamatsu, Love Hina, vol. 13 (Tokyopop, 2001) Now that Keitaro and Naru are finally together, the feelings the other Hinata House residents have for Keitaro come to the fore, and it's all-out war for Keitaro's heart. Meanwhile, just as Keitaro and Naru are about to fulfill their promise to go to Tokyo University together, of course something has to get in the way. But, as usual, nothing as silly as distance is going to get between these two. Will Keitaro and Naru finally go all the way...to marriage? Not sure Akamatsu should have kept the series going after Keitaro and Naru finally hooked up, but there were some unanswered questions, and it looks like the last two volumes are going to tie up some loose ends that have been left throughout the series. If you've come this far, you can't stop now. *** ½

This is the penultimate volume of this wonderful manga series. This time around, we finally visit Su's homeland. And all the girls end up fighting over who gets to marry Keitaro. I don't want to give too much away, but the book does end with a wedding. If you enjoyed the previous volumes of this series, you will enjoy this one, too.
Love Hina 13

This is a very good volume of the wonderful Love Hina series. Many action packed events, lots of high suspence, a new hair do, and the resolution for the feelings of Motoko and Su, on how they feel about Keitaro. A great cliffhanger leaves you wanting the next volume, but keep in mind that the next one is the grand finale of the series. Too all you loyal fans, you will not be dissapointed (except for the new hair style).
