A wonderful dog stort

I have just finished reading this beautiful book with tears in my eyes.I lived the life of the dog all the way through, perhaps because I had a dog so much like Lonesome, only she was a house dog and spoilt, Some dogs are so intelligent and always faithful.It is a butifully written story, very descriptive and you feel you are there. But I am a wilderness lover despite the fact that I grew up alone with my parents in the "Bush" and still love it.A must read for anyone who loves dogs or the wilderness
