Books ok condition seemed off

I bought this and other books for my daughter. All books marked as good condition. This book came with most of the flaps ripped out which kind of negates the point of the book. Also, because the flaps are ripped out there are parts of the book written on there that we cannot read. Dissappointed. This should've been marked is a different condition.
