Excellent Guidance

As a psychologist and author this book is excellent at cutting through all the psychobabble, and garbage of self help books. Null, is honest and shows integrity through out the book. I have never read a book where I agree with everything written, and actually no one should. We are all different , and all need a little different slice of guidance. This is NOT a plastic, superficial self-help book. It is a road map for the soul and one always has the choice to accept it or disregard it. As one who has experienced, first hand life trauma and has been in the psychology profession for over twenty five years, I highly advise this book.
