Sailing Instructor's Opinion

I use this book as a handout to my students that range in age from 18 to 70 years old. I like it and they like like it. Easy to understand. Clearly written and well illustrated.

Excellent and clearly written

I got the book from the library and now I'm going to order it. It's very clearly written with good illustrations and diagrams. The author tends to explain things twice which makes it easier to understand the concept. Clearly written and to the point. To Author: you should make an instructional video also

This is a wonderful introduction to the sport. It's a very "user friendly" book with good illustrations and diagrams. Of the many beginner guides to sailing, this is by far one of the best. Highly recommended.
