As the recovering Rita Macklin falls into the clutches of an over-medicating Quack-Psychiatrist, it is up tyo Deveroux to rescue her and try to start their life anew. That would be great but there is just one problem, the spectre of Henry McGee. Still feeling the effects from his many injuries from the bomb blast that nearly killed him, Deveroux sets out after McGee and attempts to stop and kill him.
