Somewhere between the easy-to-make, tasty lasagna we all grew up with and the vertical, layered, one-serving entrees of today's top restaurants lies Lasagna: The Art of Layered Cooking. With recipes... This description may be from another edition of this product.
I got this book for my daughter for Christmas, as she's begun to live on her own and is beginning to show an interest in cooking. My wife saw the book and liked it so much she kept it for herself until she could try some of the recipes, before letting my daughter take it home.

I was given this cookbook as a gift, and I love it. I've made 5 of the lasagnas so far: 4 were fantastic and relatively easy to make. I will definitely make those 4 again. And there are at least 6 other recipes that I really want to try. Overall: lots of recipes that look interesting, high ratio of "successful" recipes in practice . . . that's what makes a great cookbook!
