In-depth, readable, articulate, informed This book offers the genuine article, not just a collection of thrills and 'mystical experiences' - Mary Scott has done a real service to Western-educated people interested in Kundalini. Her background in medicine, psychology and philosophy make her eminently qualified to write about Kundalini, not to mention that she spent her formative years growing up in India. Being there is helpful to imbibing the cultural flavor, structure and goals of Tantra. Her approach is well-researched, well-considered and her interest in Tantra is genuine. I would highly recommend this book. A certain level of intelligence is necessary to appreciate it. If you like that idea, or if it intrigues you - then I wish you - happy reading!
