Has absolutely nothing to do with knitting

I got this hoping to learn how to design my own knitted items. This book talks about knitted textures...but only that. Just lists them. It is a huge book full of utterly ridiculous clothes that no normal person would ever wear. If you want to design runway clothes, then be my guest.
