I bought this book quite a few yrs ago and even bring it to the gym. Many people at the gym came to look at it and even bought it! The exercises, proper manouveurs, and various routines were very helpful. I especially appreciated how it catered everyone (whether you wanted to tone or build)

This book was easy to follow, it gave me some great ideas for working out and best of all, I was able to start a program and stick with. Kiana knows her stuff, from fitness training to nutrition. Her show on ESPN2 is by far the best of its kind. I recommend this book highly. Thanks Kiana.

The exercises in the book were very well explained. Kiana makes working out fun! Her recipes make eating healthfully deliciously easy. My favorite workouts are her portable workouts for the home and 30 minute strength training routines for "busy" people! As a professor of physical of education, I wish her book were available while I was teaching fitness at Long Beach City College. It would have been a great resource book for my students, who were especially responsive and enthusiastic about image and body fitness. I loved the photographs, it makes me want to get to the gym and train even harder
