Not a doctor. Not a dietitian. Not a fitness professional. I am just someone who has struggled with their weight and health, so I've been there and done that. I am under doctor's order to keep my carbohydrate intake to a minimum, a steady fiber intake, and exercise for 30 minutes a day. This is a lot to remember so I found myself wanting something keep track of it all at a glance. If you don't know, experiment with them all.There are lots of apps out there but it's hard to find one without a monthly cost that shows a clear daily summary laid out together. As an added bonus, studies have shown notes written by hand are more robust in our memories and I for one can use all the help I can get with that.
Use this book how it works best for you. Remember even if you fall of the wagon, get back on. If you miss a day, start again. If you go on vacation and overindulge, start again. Just start.
