Stories that involve discovery and application of new scientific principles, such as faster-than-light travel. Accurately depicting worlds that more advanced technology make anything possible. Many accurate predictions of the future. The series is based on social sciences such as psychology, economics, political science, sociology. The first three publications are superbly written. K-PAX IV excels above all making you want the series go on forever. Absolutely a real page turner. You can read K-PAX IV without reading the first three books. But it is highly recommended that you read all the books in the series. Don't miss his earlier works. One of today's most fascinating fictional books.
