Jungle Bullies - a much needed picture book!

Jungle Bullies is a picture book for preschoolers that teaches young children to identify the act of bullying and models an appropriate response in similar situations in a fun, non threatening medium. The illustrations are colorful and friendly. The book is repetitious and predictable. This book meets State standards for early education social and emotional development and is a great character builder. "Read it again." can be heard from my grandchildren frequently this summer (ages 2 and 3). We occasionally repeat the chant together when we are driving or at the park and we observe someone trying to display bully behavior. I am so glad a fellow early educator shared this book with me.
