This book was fantastic and Wulfric is hot! I was shocked to see it did not receive 5 stars. Once you get through the first chapter it is smooth sailing. Johanna Lindsey did it again.

What can I say, this was a great book! I was surprised to see so many negative reviews on this one - are you sure you read the same book? This is classic Johanna Lindsey, if you enjoy her books then add this one to your list!

Entertaining to the End

I am sorry to hear that so many did not enjoy this book. I enjoyed it and couldn't put it down. I didn't enjoy her last book so I was very pleased with this one. I loved the tension between Mili and Wulf. I think she could have shown us more into the characters, especially why Mili was the way she was. I totally enjoyed it and am thinking of buying it in paperback.

Johanna Lindsey at her best! Plot was the usual, a betrothed marriage where the bride and groom to be can't stand eachother. However, reading how the romance develops is pure fun! Throw in some excitement, adventure and some steamy scenes and this Book is A+. If you like a good historical romance, this one is for you!
