Cross Country Coach-

I have read this book twice and others of Jim Ryun the first american High School student to run the mile in under :00 minutes. It is well written, accurate and tells a story about desire, and dedication (much more important than tallent) Jim had all three. If you or a runner of yours need inspiration this book will give you more ideas than you will need.
