Ever since the first time i ever heard Jewel back in 1997 i instantly fell in love with her unique style, her ways with words as if they come so easily. I deeply admire her for the passion not for music but her passion to express the deep chambers of her beautiful soul. When i read this book i only fell more in love. I must admit most of my early poetry spawned from the inspiration i recieved from Jewels utterly astonishing words of wisdom.
well written and enjoable reading

I enjoyed this book. It was interesting to take a look at Jewel's childhood and her history. I would have liked to have had a few more qoutes and even a review from Jewel on how accurate the book portraited her. I would like know if I can beleive all that I am reading because it seems like people can exagerate and underestimate things when they are writing about someone else. It sounded all true.
