It is great for anyone suffering physical or emotional pain. Also great for any caregivers! It's packed with useful content to apply, to encourage, and guide. Contains short prayer suggestions and has short, easy to read chapters. I was injured in an accident but this is good for any health issues. I highly recommend it!!!
