Great guide for quickie weddings!

I am so glad I found this book! My fiance and I got engaged and set the date. We were determined to plan our wedding in 4 months. Everyone said it couldn't be done. With the help of this book, we're proving them wrong! This book cuts through the usual frills of wedding planning crap and gets straight to the important points. The to-do lists included at the beginning of the book and at the beginning of each chapter were immensely helpful. Aside from outlining what to do and when, this book offers ways to cut costs and appeals to true indie, DIY brides. It proves that you can have a fabulous, FUN wedding without sacrificing a year of your life to plan!

I just bought this book today and CAN'T put it down. It offers a no nonsense approach to getting married. I am getting married next month in Nov. An essential guide for the no b.s. bride!

This book is the perfect antidote to silly wedding books that assume that your parents are paying for everything and that you have a Cinderella complex.
