This book was what I consider an 'easy read' that was a mandatory book as part of my doctoral classes. I felt that this was very detailed and covered a plethora of material in regards to information and research. It would be difficult to not extract viable information from it. The book was heavy with analysis; analogy's and often gave real world examples that are essential to the 'self-taught'. I would certainly recommend the book and use it myself within the classroom or to garner further understanding. Terry Wolstencroft MBA 4 A Day consulting
