Being yourself

This is a charming book about always being yourself. It is a charming story of a magical place; in the company of polar bears. This book is beautifully written and illustrated. Makes a wonderful gift.

A wonderful collection of poetry and pastel magic.

In the Company of Bears is outstanding, both for the pastel art work and for the clever rhymes by A.B. Curtiss on each right hand page. Sharon and I recommend this book for any pre-schooler and for anyone who likes bears, regardless of age. Barbara Stone's illustrations are whimsical and can make even an old grouch smile.

It's magic!

This was the first of A. B. Curtiss's books that I read. As with them all, it was a privilege! Beautifully illustrated and of superior quality, it is a lovely gift for both children and adults, one they will cherish. To be in the company of bears is to be in a magical place which can only be reached through your heart.

The Best Picture Book

I Love this book. It has so mush meaning about being your self. Even it is for young kids I read it to remind my self about life. The pictures are also wonderful. They are made with such care. I recomed it to every one.
