A keeper

I've made the milk chocolate ice cream and vanilla bean ice cream, and both have been excellent. A great cookbook with lovely, bright photos. [...]

Yum

So far we've only made one recipe (the dark chocolate ice cream) and it was delicious. Actually more rich than we needed, so we know we can reduce the fat content of the milk and cream we use for the next recipe. The book is beautiful with lots of interesting ideas and flavors. Looking forward to more ice cream.
