Our mental health and physical health both must be prioritized to give ourselves a fighting chance, and I am here to let you know that is impossible to effectively nurture one without nurturing the other. The truth of the matter is that many of us who are currently dealing with an illness, are carrying around a ton of baggage that we have yet to deal with. Without a shadow of a doubt, this further damages us, and in many cases, hinders our natural ability to heal. In addition to sharing my personal story, I provide a step by step account of all that I did to heal both physically and mentally, starting from the inside out. This includes me sharing the knowledge that I have acquired through my relentless research, followed by my plan of action that ultimately saved my life. I possess over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, having worked in both medical and mental healthcare, to all of which I credit much of my resiliency.
