Great Beginners Handbook

This was one of my first books on percussion and it has so much information packed into it, that I still keep it within reach for quick reference. It covers the basics of drum kit, latin and orchestral percussion in a clear and systematic layout. The exercises are also very consise. (And personally I like the accurate drawings too.)A valuable book for any student of percussion, written by two experienced musicians.
