Contains a wealth of information

I bought the paper back version of this book many years ago. There is a wealth of information such as buying merchandise, including cars at deep discounts. Buying real estate at estate sales, tax lien auctions or REO's through banks for pennies on the dollar.Pretty good booK. If you can get a copy, I highly recommend it.

I Like this book

18 chapters and 300 pages of still very useful information. Although I came across this book at a used book store and bought it for $..., it is still worth the full cover price ...I understand that How to Make Nothing But Money was a #1 best seller. And it's easy to see why. Lots of great information to creating financial power, buying clothes, diamonds, appliances even cars for pennies on the dollar. Earning up to 50% rates of return on tax liens and up to 1,000% on discounted mortgages. Equity sharing, lease options, foreclosures and more.My Money Maker: I used the foreclosure strategies and got a nice home valued at over $110,000 for only $30,000.This book is so good that Jane Bryant Quinn from newsweek copied the title for her book. Not the best endorsement perhaps, but interesting indeed.If you can find a copy, get one. This book is a treasury of information.David, if you read this, how about a update for 2002?

Excellent Book--a classic that still kicks

I came across this book in 1990 after seeing Dave on his TV show. I was newly divorced and deeply in debt.I couldn't afford his tapes, so I bought his book "How to Make Nothing But Money" and went to work.His techniques showed me how to purchase a home with nothing down with no job, cash or credit.I cleaned up my credit and began earning income from selling items acquired through sheriff sales and auctions.The economy in 1990 was similiar to present times and foreclosures were at a all time high. I took advantage of that thanks to information I learned from Dave's book.The individual that said that there is no money anymore in real estate doesn't know what he is talking about.NOW IS THE BEST TIME TO BE BUYING REAL ESTATE. It's like 1990 all over again..only worse.This is a great book. The first of it's kind. A true classic and THE BEST!Thank you Dave for helping change this family lives.

Timeless advice--But where did DelDotto go??

Interesting that Charleton Sheets, Russ Whitney, Robert Allen and others are still teaching the No Money Down, Buying Foreclosures and Tax Lien techniques that David taught over a decade ago.I bought some properties using Dave's techniques and have invested in Tax Liens--like two months ago. This advice is timeless as evidenced by all of the imitators who still conduct expensive seminars and are on late night TV selling courses.Dave was the best, but where did he go???

The techniques in this book will work for anyone with the motivationto get to work and the vision to see the possibilites.I used the material in this book, rolled up my sleeves and went to work. Result? Retired @ 35.My family will be forever grateful to Dave DelDotto to teaching these incredible strategies.
