The book is easy to read. It has 37 chapters. The first is on ethics, the second on loyaly, and the third etiquette. A good way to lead into the subject. Chapter 9 is on finding better jobs where you are. Sooner or later most people change jobs. If you have been in an industry for a long time you may have a lot of people ask you to be a reference or to help. Whether you know it or not your probably part of someones network. This is a pretty basic book but it can be a real help both for your own efforts and in trying to help others. Even if your usually doing the hiring it doesn't hurt to review these ideas.
